We are the easy, convenient choice for people who don’t want to debate between healthy and tasty when it comes to what they eat. We create delicious, wholesome, high-quality dishes that we pack for maximum freshness.
2 I am allergic to certain ingredients, can you cater for this?
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate allergies at this time and we do not provide product for people with medically-necessitated diets or severe allergies. We will always make the best effort possible to communicate all of the foods used in our meals and provide ingredient lists of all our menus. However, cross-contact with other foods (like wheat, soy, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree-nuts, fish, and, shelfish) may occur and our ingredient information may not always include such foods.
3 Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Switzerland, but if you are unsure whether we deliver to you please enter your zip code to check. If your postcode is not included in our delivery area, please do get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to work out a solution for you.
4 Does my food arrive hot or cold?
We cook, preserve and deliver all our delicious creations in reusable mason jars. Before opening, store it in a dark and cool place (about 20 degrees maximum). For best consumption and to keep it for weeks (approx. 12 weeks) keep it in the fridge between 4-6°. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
For all other food options we have delivery vehicles that have special equipment to keep meals hot or cold as needed. However, cold food should be refrigerated upon receiving if not used immediately. All our food comes in heat-resistant and compostable packaging or glass jars.
5 When do you deliver?
Kiso allows you to choose when and what you want to eat by placing your order through our platform in some areas in Switzerland.
For our weekly changing menus, usually published 1 week in advance, and as well for our detox packages you can schedule orders any day we deliver by placing an order up to 48 hours before the delivery date. You choose which days you want delivery, and your preferred delivery time each day. As you placing an order you can select your preferred delivery slot and whether you want the food chilled, ready to heat or hot, ready to eat, as per your convenience.
We also offer On-Demand delivery in selected areas which means that your meal will be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes from when you place your order. On-Demand delivery starts in the late afternoon (specific times vary by city). As you're placing your order, you can select an estimated delivery time for same day delivery. You can check to see if we offer on-demand delivery if the menu is available for same-day delivery on our menu page.
For other areas where we don’t have local Kiso drivers we expertly pack our food chilled in insulated boxes with cold packs and ship them to your location.

6 Will my food stay fresh in transit?
When we ship food our delivery bags and boxes are insulated and include ice packs to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. The ice packs may no longer be frozen upon delivery, this is ok! Your food should still be cold. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible. All meals will stay fresh for up to three days after delivery with proper refrigeration.
7 What if I'm not home during delivery?
If you are not home when a delivery is made, our drivers may leave your order at your doorstep. You may be able to provide additional delivery instructions (e.g., leaving the delivery at the back door or with a neighbour). Please note that while our drivers will do their best to honor these special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that they’ll be accommodated and aren’t liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from these requests.
8 What do I do with the cooler bags and ice packs in my delivery?
If your meals are delivered in our stylish cooler bag, our delivery team will pick it up, along with any ice packs, when they bring your next delivery. Our cooler bags are a real eye-catcher and are perfect for enjoying breakfast and lunch at work. It’s premium workmanship and best material quality and will keep your food fresh for hours with an easy to clean interior. You'll always be able to pack and carry a healthy breakfast and lunch wherever you go. We charge new customers with a fee for the cooler bags as a deposit.
If your meals are delivered in a box, we unfortunately cannot take back the box, insulation or ice packs. Please do not leave these items out for our delivery person Please reuse or recycle the box, and dispose of the insulation in your regular trash. The ice packs are 100% non-toxic and can be refrozen and reused!
9 What are acceptable forms of payment?
We accept all major credit cards.
10 Can I cancel my order?
We only accept cancellation for shipped products. Cancellation must be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For subscribed products cancellations are only accepted 5 days in advance of the commencing week. Any other shipped order can be cancelled 24 hours prior delivery. Contact us for more information.
